There will be one Team Lead somewhere onsite for emergencies on your wedding day. Typically once their list of duties are done, they revert to the guest house or office until the end of event. Additional team members may join later, depending on (if any) enhancements were added.
Ronelle/Austin are rarely your Team Leads on wedding day. Ronelle is oftentimes photographing another wedding & Austin is typically reserved for bus driver backup since we normally have party buses every weekend, all weekend.
Team Leads have become an extension of our family. They are people who are trained, who we trust & who genuinely care about your wedding day!
Team Leads cannot be “assigned” duties by our couples or their families in advance or on wedding day. That would take away from their ability to do their own checklists they have to complete. If you are in need of management for an emergency, let a bartender know and they will radio for them.
Oehme Oasis Team Leads do not coordinate your ceremony. That is the role of your officiant or planner. We would also suggest if you do not have a planner to ask a friend or family member (not in the wedding party) to lead the lining up of the bridal party. *Unless you’ve added Oehme Oasis’ in-house Day of Task Management to your package*
