Your Getting Ready Rooms can open as early as 7am for your hair/make-up needs. Let us know what time you will be arriving.

Refer to your rental agreement on what time the Venue is unlocked on your wedding day.

After your ceremony & family/bridal party formal photos, the ceremony area gets broken down. Make sure you have someone that knows where the items go.

The Getting Ready Rooms are closed/locked at the start of the Grand March. We suggest putting all your items in your locked vehicle. (You never know about some people) We have a simple In & Out policy. Just take out what you brought in. *We will take care of the trash in the trash bags*

The Barn gets RE-locked 60 minutes prior to the start of your ceremony. This way your guests are not sneaking in, moving things around, pre-snacking or throwing their items on a table prior to your photographer being able to capture all the details you spent so long creating!

The main bars are not open or staffed until post ceremony. You & your wedding party are always free to consume your “pre-ceremony” beverages in the Getting Ready Building

Unfortunately, “parking lot tailgating” & outside alcohol is prohibited -- We know, it’s a bummer, but it’s one of the laws we have to follow to continue to run Oehme Oasis Wedding & Events. Guests found drinking in the parking areas/drinking items the couple didn’t provide will kindly be asked to put it away and re-join the party. If it continues, other measures will need to be taken.— Note: We are a legally ran public facility, on a state highway. It is NOT out of the ordinary for Sherifs to drive through our parking areas or to do a check in.
