1:45 - Bride & Bridesmaids
2:15 - Full Wedding Party
3:00 - Family photos *make sure your family is ready & don’t forget your WRITTEN list of family photos needed*
3:45 - Return to dressing suites *Guests tend to start arriving 45-60 minutes before ceremony*
4:30 - Ceremony *Reminder, guests staying at hotels can not check-into their rooms until typically after 3pm, sometimes 4pm*
5:00 - Bar Opens/ Couple finishes family photos & special guests photos
5:30 - Guests directed to find a seat
5:45 - Announcement into Reception/Blessing/Cut the Cake
6:00 - Buffet opens
6:45 - Toasts
7:30 - First dances
7:45 - Dance floor opens
9:00 - Your assigned person pack gifts into car
11:00 - Final song, bar closes, start removing items from reception space
11:45 - Say your final goodbyes
