Day of Task Management/Coordination shouldn’t have to cost thousands, and here at Oehme Oasis, it doesn’t.

We have a select few people who collaborate with us for “day of wedding/event coordination,” at an extremely discounted rate.

A quick insight to some of the things they do are:

  • Keeping the wedding events on schedule.

  • Welcome each vendor & directing them where to go.

  • Reach out to any vendor who hasn't arrived by their contracted time.

  • Giving out final payments & TIPS.

  • Keeping tabs on the wedding party and track of important items. (IE: marriage license, wedding rings, vows, etc)

  • Corral the guests to seamlessly move between events.

  • Assist in packing up ceremony items.

  • Set-up sweet treats table & keep it stocked.

  • Put out “fires” if they arise & be an additional “go to” person

  • At this time, hours are from venue open — dinner

Put simply, it’s event day doggy daycare, but so much more!-- if your fur baby is the (other) love of your life, FURever & Always will make it so they are allowed to be a part of your special day!

While dogs can be super adorable, friendly and engaging one on one or in small groups with people they know, most need constant supervision and attention around larger crowds. Then, when it comes to toileting, walking, grooming and feeding, which of your family or friends are you going to ask to give up their night of fun to play puppy-sitter?

With customizable packages to fit your needs whether it be at both rehearsal and wedding day, there is something for you. They can even dress your pet according to your specifications. Facilitate them to/from rehearsal, ceremony and photoshoot locations. They are also GREAT at getting your pup to look at the photographer! Plus care for your pet throughout the event with feeding, walking, watering, potty breaks, treats, cuddles and all other necessities, according to your requirements. The fee for this service starts at $250 for one dog. Additional charge of $100 for every additional dog. Overnight add-on options available.

Few Quick Notes

  • At this time, this optional add-on is only for the Bride & Grooms dog(s).

  • Depending on the size of the dog, you may need to provide your own crate.

  • Animals are still not allowed to be in any building or where food is being served or consumed due to licensing standards.
