Bar Requirements & Regulations

AS SOON AS THE BARTENDERS ARE ONSITE for the day, all beverages being consumed must be obtained through them.Their license & insurance stipulates this & it will strictly be enforced.

**With the exception of what has been already provided by YOU, the couple, & being served in the “getting ready building” PRIOR to your ceremony**

Anyone not willing to comply with this, drinking/tailgating in the parking lot, consuming beverages not on the approved list from the county, etc, may be asked to leave or alcohol service may need to end. There is no alcohol service to minors.—Again, WI State drinking & serving laws & regulations are given by the STATE :)

PLEASE MAKE YOUR FAMILY & WEDDING PARTY AWARE OF THIS. —This is the NUMBER ONE cause of issue on wedding day and it is out of Oehme Oasis’ control.

Again, you may provide food and alcohol within the Getting Ready Building without a caterer or bartender present. Therefore you are in control of how much consumption is being done prior to your ceremony.

Quick Reminders:

  • We are required to turn in your beverage menu to St. Croix County— MAKE SURE you have what you are bringing on there, or it will not be able to be served.

  • Pop being provided needs to be in cans.

  • Due to the limited space & inability for the best “cooling” & Co2, No kegs.

  • No consumed drinks are in glass bottles. —-With the exception of liquor bottles being brought in for the bartenders to serve out of

  • Beers need to be standard size, 12oz cans ——Tall Boys/ Silos will not be served due to Cylon, WI guidelines
